The SHUTi team of sleep experts is committed to delivering an effective, scientifically validated program modeled after successful face-to-face Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for insomnia. These CBT techniques are incorporated into the SHUTi program, which programmatically enforces the week between each Core’s completion and the availability of the next Core. This ensures you will have ample opportunities to practice new techniques you've learned and to provide at least 5 sleep diaries over the 7-day period. We know it can be hard to wait for new information and updated recommendations, but collecting these Sleep Diaries is one of the key elements that allows the program to be tailored just for you.
