Cores are individual online learning and strategy sessions. Each Core session includes 30 – 45 minutes of engaging interactions, videos, quizzes and other helpful information designed to help you improve your sleep.
There are six sequenced Cores in the SHUTi program: Get Ready, Sleep Window, Behaviors, Thoughts, Education, and Looking Ahead. If you keep up with your sleep diaries, a new Core will be made available to you one week after the completing the previous one.
