Once a week - for 6 weeks, you will complete one (1) Core online learning and strategy session. Each of these sequenced Core sessions includes about 45 minutes of engaging interactions, videos, quizzes and other helpful information designed to help you improve your sleep. To help SHUTi tailor the program for you, we also recommend you take 2 - 3 minutes each day to complete a short online Sleep Diary. Between Core sessions, you will practice the new strategies and techniques you have learned and incorporate them into your daily routine.
The majority of SHUTi users complete the program with a total investment of time of about 8 hours over a period of 6 weeks – resulting in a clinically significant change in their insomnia!
To help you feel confident in your ability to maintain your improved sleep after the 6-week period, we provide you with an additional 10 – 14 weeks to use and review and program as part of your selected SHUTi subscription. You’ll be given an option to extend your access further if you wish at the conclusion of your current subscription.
