If you are having problems linking your FitBit, these tips may help you.
Go to your FitBit account and click the Gear icon in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen, as shown below. Choose "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Now choose "Applications" from the left-menu. You'll see a list of applications that you have authorized to interact with your FitBit. Make sure SHUTi by BeHealth Solutions is listed. (There may be variations to the name like SHUTi V2, SHUTi V3, etc.) Choose to Grant Access. Also, make sure you have granted the requested permissions to share data.
If you are already showing that your FitBit is linked, choose "Revoke Access" and contact SHUTi to reset your account. You can send us a message via this FAQ page (click Ask A Question at the top of the page) or email us at [email protected].
