If you are on a Windows or Android tablet or phone:
If you can't view videos or pages won't load/render on your Verizon tablet, checking your JavaScript settings often helps.
- From a Home screen, tap Apps.
- Tap Browser.
- Tap Menu.
- Tap Settings.
- From the Page content settings section, tap Enable Javascript to enable/disable.
Enabled when a green check mark is present.
If you are using a MacBook or iOS device:
Sometimes on MacBooks, the play buttons appear over the video image as well as along the bottom frame of the video. The button over the video isn't active, but when you click the play button on the bottom of the frame, it should work without issue.
Another possible problem might be whether or not you have Flash installed and enabled on your laptop. Most Flash video issues can be resolved by updating Flash to the most recent version. To update or install Flash, go to the Adobe Flash Player download site and select Mac from the download options. (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/) Download and run the installer. Update the Mac's drivers by clicking on the Apple icon in the menu and selecting "Software Update." Install any available updates listed in the menu.
