SHUTi, if used exactly as recommended, is not appropriate for shift workers with changing schedules. A primary component of the program is following a prescribed Sleep Window during Sleep Restriction and consolidation, which entails setting a regular bedtime and arising time. With varying shifts and sleep schedules, it is not possible to adhere to that part of the program.
However, you may continue to complete the Cores and learn about other techniques to help you sleep better.
