In order for you to transition to a long-term replacement for the Daily Reminders, the SHUTi system does not currently have an option to continue sending Daily Diary reminders after the Looking Ahead Core.
Here are some options that may be a good replacement:
- A daily electronic calendar notice
- Using a free online email or text reminder service
- Setting up a daily email to yourself
- Or a simple sticky note on your breakfast table!
We encourage you to continue with your Sleep Diaries for next several weeks after completing all 6 Cores. Many users find that they not only maintain the sleep improvements they have made, but they continue to improve and reinforce the good sleep behaviors.
