I forgot to click "Core Complete"

The only way SHUTi knows you have completed a Core is when you click the Core Complete button. This process is set up so that you are in control of deciding when the Core is complete and when you are ready to practice the new strategies you have learned. After you've clicked the Core Complete button, the Core is then marked as available for review. 

The 7-day count down to the next Core becoming available starts only after you have clicked the Core Complete button. All new diaries are then associated with your upcoming Core and Sleep Window. Make certain to click the Core Complete button, because it is not possible to connect a diary with a different or previous Core.
