While the program can be completed in as few as 5 weeks, the majority of SHUTi users complete the program over a period of 6 weeks.
To help you maintain and feel confident with your improved sleep after the 6-week period, we provide you with an additional 10 – 14 weeks to use and review the program as part of your selected SHUTi subscription. Published research shows that SHUTi users continue to show sleep improvements over time, so you may wish to continue to review the program material and enter Sleep Diaries to receive updated Sleep Window recommendations until the end of your subscription – even after you have successfully completed all six Cores.
